Visitors frequently highlight the high quality and traditional preparation of the food, particularly praising the charcuterie, including jamón, cheeses, and traditional dishes like the habas stew. A little tricky to understand the food how to order. But everything I got was delicious. Very kind stuff as well.
Excellent, small traditional bodega / tapas bar. Very welcoming & clearly very popular with the local community. Great selection of beers & wines. The dishes are what you would expect in a traditional bar such as this, but were all very good & well presented. Seranno ham carved from a joint on the bar. A number of great cheeses & charcutería. I would particularly recommend the habas (bean stew) & titaina ( a well known Valencian dish, made from tomatoes, peppers & bonito. Well worth a visit. Closed on Sundays, but open every other day for breakfast (closes @ 12) & meals / drinks, from 6 till 11.
I went here for a morning snack just before I headed on an adventure and had one of the tastiest sandwiches in my life. Anchovies, tomato spread olive oil and some cheese. It just made my day and nothing compares to that day ever. This is the perfect place to practice your Spanish and also have a nice and friendly person offering you tasty food.
An authentic family-run tapas bar with an exceptional atmosphere and outstanding quality of food. It’s not among the cheapest places, however the food you get lives up for the price. And the staff is extremely friendly and their selection of meat and cheese is flawless (especially their jamón).
Good quality food and cheap. Recommend if you're in the area
Could not have felt more welcome, despite being vegetarian. "You have come to the wrong place!" was incorrect. Such a sweet woman.
A great place to stop for a coffee, light lunch or tasty snack and copa at sundown. Alejandro and his wife are super friendly and prepare fresh good quality to order.
